Keith Olbermann is someone from whom the despicable can be expected. But his comments about the video of the Iranian harassment of our naval vessels are a new low.
It's stunning that some in this country are willing to take the word of a regime run by a Holocaust denier who has openly expressed his desire to wipe an American ally off the map over the military that protects his right to make such outrageous comments. But it should not be surprising. Olbermann's done this before, and he will do it again.
But it says a lot that Olbermann tossed his insult from the safety of his studio. I wonderifhe would have the guts to say it to Admiral Mullen's face.

Hey Harold,
you might want to use The Google before you accuse Olbermann of making the accusation...

1. The senior captain present (CO of the USS Port Royal doesn't think it was a "Filipino Monkey" (it's a generic term for someone asshatting on maritime radio channels).
2. Olbermann's accusation is that Admiral Mullen is deliberately lying to his seniors in the chain of command and to the American people. Were I Admiral Mullen, I would request that Mr. Olbermann name a second, and to meet me at dawn to clear the air appropriately.
