Harold, I hope you were working with your team on a script for the modern equivalent of Mrs. Miniver...
We watched it twice over T-weekend. Every time, I see/hear something that sounds newly insightful. This time around, I paid closer attention to the banter between Vin and Carol when they first meeet. Quite good.
The sermon at the end in the bombed out church is stunning and brings tears of anger, pride and resolve every time. And then Vin joins Lady Beldon for the hymn... and Britain stands united against the evil foe.
